135 plus 1 chain per side for 3 reps

225 plus 1 chain per side for 3 reps

continued adding 1 chain per side and doing sets of 3 reps until there were 7 chains per side

275 plus 7 chains per side for a single

315 plus 7 chains per side for a single

 

T-Bar rows

2 plates for 4 sets of 10 reps

 

Angle bar standing military press

1 plate per side for 4 sets of 10 reps
