Pit Shark

worked up doing sets of 10 until both sides were completely loaded with 45's. I'm not sure the weight but Lily and Kim held the last plate on to make sure it didn't fall off during the set. This was a nice ego boost.

 

back attack

worked up to 4 plates for 3 sets of 15 reps

 

adductor / abductor machine

130 on each for 3 sets of 20 reps
