Goal: Get the blood flowing. Don't do anything stupid.

I went to one of my favorite recovery methods earlier in the day...a sensory deprivation tank. If you don't know, look it up. Great for a million different reasons. 1 hour later I felt great. And I'll go back one more time on Thursday.
