TUESDAY - INCLINE BENCH DAY Warm up Close grip incline bench w/shoulder saver 260/300/335x3, 260 3x5 Football bar rolling tri ext 135 x 13 x 13 x 12 Football bar inverted rows (wide/med/close grip) x 27, x 17, x 8

Oh boy do I feel weak. I am not sure what it is, but 335 should not feel this heavy on close grip inclines. It's probably calorie deficit and a lack of recovery. I know I mentioned it the other day, but I have to get back to regular deep tissue, contrast showers, and most importantly - MORE SLEEP.

I scheduled deep tissue for next week and I am going to try and set up a standing appointment for the same day and time every week. Now I need to work on sleep. I have had an issue with this since I was young. I have read that it could be biological that someone is a night owl versus a morning person. That said, I still have to get my butt in bead earlier. Either that or I can fall short of my goals. It's on me.

Other than feeling weak, the session went very well. I have gotten a little bit away from the football bar for a few months. I always feel particularly swole after tri extensions and inverted rows when I use it. It feels like every upper body muscle has been attacked from this workout.

Bigger movements RULE!
