A couple times a day I work my range of motion trying to increase it little my little each day. While the tendon was torn it retracted a bit so extending my arm is easy but bending it is the challenge. Initially I was at about 90 degrees which the doctor said was good but at that range I couldn't even put deodorant on my right armpit. Since then its increased to about 100-110 degrees. I'm able to do more but its still pretty limited. Next goal is to be able to touch my nose.
