After 2 days without the brace my arm is feeling much better than it did the first day. My ROM continues to improve and the tenderness to the touch is reducing quickly. I have had a little trouble with my grip though. I've dropped some things, keys, phone, razor that don't make any sense. I don't have any numbness or anything apparent that is causing it. It's kinda like when you drop a deadlift that you know shouldn't have been a grip problem and then you look at your hand thinking, what the fuck, because there is no logical reason why that just happened...the only difference, and it's kinda major, is the things I'm dropping are like 5 ounces or less. Maybe I'm just being lazy and not squeezing enough. I'll ask the physical therapist on Friday about it if it continues to be a problem.
