As mentioned in my last lower body accessory post, this day is an easy day for my joints to get a nice pump and lots of blood flow to my targeted muscles.

 

A. Light DB Flat Bench 80lb 4 sets x 8-10 reps (I like to use a slow eccentric and hold the squeeze at the top for at least 2 seconds.)

B. Light OH Press 115lb 5x12

C. Partial Dips 6x10

D. Hammer Strength Rows 6x6-8
