Flight leaves tomorrow night and Casey has a 10 hour drive ahead of him (bless his heart).

Today, I ate and hydrated well. Came in to the gym to do blood flow work with light bands and weights. Went on the bike for about 20 minutes with no resistance - a time to just hit the re-set button. Dave's conversation left me in good riddance.

Travel tip:

Take your belt, singlet, lifting shoes in your carry-on bag, as well as underwear and a sports bra in case anything happens to your check-in bag. Better to be safe than sorry.
