After coming off my best meet performance of my career, I am now officially a beat up powerlifter. I'm having some minor low back issues that I'm working on mending up, and then I'll begin to find a competitive option. My goals for 2017 are to compete in a bodybuilding show and also get back to the platform 100% healthy.

This week ended up being a great week of training. I made some good strides in the bench shirt, continuing to hit some box jumps, and slowly feeling better about my low back and where I'm at with training. I've got this final week of no spinal loading, and then I get to try to take some super light weights next week and just see how everything feels. It's been a long pain in the ass, but to see the light at the end of the tunnel is refreshing. I guess being bench only for a while isn't soo bad. I've definitely put on some good size. Pumped to see what the next month or so brings.
