10/22 - Back/Abs
Couldn't get to my primary PL friendly gym during business hours to bench, so I just swapped my Saturday and Sunday workouts and hit back at a Globo Gym instead.
Weighted Pull-ups 4x5 up to BW + 60 lbs, pretty sure this is a rep PR
Chin-Ups 4 sets max reps
T-Bar Rows w/ Wide Grip Handle 5 sets 10-15 reps. Used 25 lb plates for increased range of motion. Started each rep from the floor and held each rep at contraction for 2-3 seconds, slowed the negative as much as possible.
Underhand Straight Bar Cable Rows 4 sets 12 reps
Reverse Pec Deck 3 sets 20 reps
DB Six Ways 5 sets 10 reps
Stir the Pot 5 sets for time
TRX Fallouts 5 sets 10 reps
