Deadlift training from exactly 2 weeks out from CPU nationals.
I was working on the cues that I got from Steve while we trained in Ohio. I focused on really getting my eyes up while I was pulling and everything felt unbelievably fast!
It's amazing what happens when you listen to your coach!
I had incredible focus during this training session. I'm feeling pretty dialled in and ready!
