Cable Side Laterals (behind the back) 4 sets 12 reps

Band Pullaparts 100 reps

Unilateral Cable Face Pulls 100 reps

Reverse Grip Tricep Pushdowns 100 reps

Band Bicep Curls 100 reps

Tapering back down on the assistance work volume now that I'm closer to the meet. Just selected movements that were nice and easy on my joints.
