Somehow I forgot to post my bench day. How the hell did I forget that?!

It was time to handle some weight again. So on the black bands went for rev overload work. I put 875 pounds on the bar and it felt every bit of 875 pounds! As you can see I have switched back to my Jack shirt again. I just cant seem to figure out what I want and what feels good at this point. Trust me I know its not what I should be doing but I feel like a girl going to a dance and I keep changing my shows before I leave to find the "right one"....

I got to get this figured out....
