In today’s Coaching Log I am going to give you Stronger Abs Grip and Shoulders All in One Exercise. Sounds too good to be true, but it isn’t.

And, I won’t bore you with all sorts of words because Wayne and I made a video.

One thing I will explain:

In the Stronger Abs, Grip and Shoulders All in One Exercise video Wayne demonstrates each exercise from the easiest to the hardest variation.

This is done by adjusting the length of the lever. In this case, that means that the further the weight is from the center line of the body, the longer the lever, therefore the more difficulty. I strongly advise you start with the most basic (short lever) variant one each.

Give me 3 minutes and 44 seconds and then go add them in.
