1. The athlete can't push or drag without the proper forward lean.

2. They can't push or drag it over-stride.

3. They can focus on specific joint angles and the direction of forceapplication.

4. It improves ground force production and mobility at those specific joint angles.

5. It can be coached with verbal cue(s) during the set.

6. It drastically improves learning ability during consiouscompetence stage.

7. It can be incorporated within a lower body strength workout, or used as teaching tool during speed session.
