Throwback s3 Compound ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
After a couple more years, we had to expand the warehouse into the weightroom next door. s2 then became where we printed apparel, and the s3 location was already rented to someone else. (We did manage to rent that a year or so later for overstock.) ⁣⁣

The s2 weightroom became the apparel bay

This all meant that the weightroom had to find a new home. The weightroom is, and has always been, thought of as expansion space if needed. Since the weightroom is a loss, it can be anywhere (or a fraction of the size). Finding a place wasn’t an easy matter, but we did find something out in the middle of nowhere. No internet, no phones, no great lighting. It used to be a farm equipment sales and repair shop. We were renting the shop section.⁣⁣

We made the move. The gym was around four times the size, and we were able to begin seminars again and the start of our UGSS began. These underground strength sessions were for sponsors and friends only. Just training, eating, training talk and good times. The sessions at that location will be remembered by anyone who was invited, for the rest of their lives. They were that awesome ... no egos, no agendas. Just training, business and life talk. Everyone left feeling better. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Over time these became part of seminars and compensation became expected. It lost everything it used to be about, so we stopped organizing them. They still happen today, but they are organically put together by our sponsors. They are so underground that I’m usually the last to know. They are even better now! This is also where the bar row and picture wall began.⁣⁣

This offsite location worked for almost two years. but the rent, utilities and propane bills (I never looked into that. Had I we would never have rented it.) were killing us. We got to a point where all of the weightroom equipment was going to storage or to be sold. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
The business was doing better each year but still never hit a growth spurt that would allow for any type of dynamic growth and had a lot of adversity, mistakes and walls to get around. We didn’t grow that much, but our education and experience was growing at an exponential rate.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Soon an opportunity known as s4 was going to present
