Congrats on completing the Strong(er) Workout Phase 2. Now is the time to shed off that unwanted body fat and get lean — without the guesswork. Strong(er) Workout Phase Three, with the help of Justin Harris and Troponin Nutrition and Dave Tate's diet and conditioning work (simple cardio combined with High-Intensity Interval Training), is completely mapped out just for you. The weight training is simple yet brutal bare bones training, just the way it should be. All you need is discipline and resolve. Can you do it? Can you commit?
Set up in three phases, you’ll start at the Transition Phase (for five weeks), then move to the Diet Phase, followed by the Rebound Phase. If done right, this is when your abs will start to appear. Strong(er) Workout Phase Three is the time people stop asking IF you work out... and start asking HOW you work out.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
- Orders that are canceled before they have shipped are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee covers non-refundable credit card processing costs incurred at the time of purchase.
