*5 Weeks Out from Lexen Xtreme Fall Classic*

This past weekend was the first week of a short Circa Max Wave that Matt Smith and Dave Tate have been helping me with. The goal with circa max is to load the bar up with band tension that provides near-max weight at the top of the movement, to help peak as time progresses towards the meet; while still keeping some speed on the box. Things went well, and it was definitely a new challenge.

Notes for Improvement: Push knees out/spread floor, keep head driven back.
