*10 Weeks Out from Lexen Xtreme Fall Classic*
Today's movement was SS Yoke Bar Box Squats for doubles. I felt like crap today and as soon as I started working up with my sets I could tell I was pretty burnt out. My weight was also really down this week so I'm gonna work to make sure I'm eating enough at work. I did doubles up to 460 and then tried 470 but was out of steam and only got one. Next week will be a lighter day so I think it's coming just at the right time. This weekend is full gear squats!
Notes for Improvement: Keep chest up, lats tighter, keep working to pause longer on box.
