11 Weeks Out from USAPL Cbus Lifting Co. Spring Classic

Alright, time to get caught back up on logs - With the first week of the student's academic semester being last week, I've been buried in stuff at work, BUT I'm getting caught up. Wednesday I did some squatting, and did my last work set of 405x8 before doing some work up singles of 435, 455, and 475. My next meet is raw without knee wraps, so all my work up sets are just in knee sleeves. The 475 felt pretty good; and while my squat isn't where I want it to be yet, it's moving forward.

Squat Day (Wednesday):
A. Warm-Up - Breathing Drills, RPR Points

B. Box Jumps - 3x3

C. Squats - % sets

315x3

345x3

405x8

435x1

455x1

475x1

D. Squat down sets (beltless) - 3x3 with 315lbs

E. GHR - 3x8

F. Hanging Leg Raises - 2x12

Competitively - My last competition was the UPA Winter Rack Attack on December 17th (competed raw at 220lbs). It was my second meet back transitioning to competing raw, and my goal entering next year is to qualify for a larger raw competition (whether it be at the Arnold or elsewhere).
