I wanted to catch up on my work sets from this week since the elitefts site was down for a few days this week while the new server was being set up (it's moving a lot faster now, I love it).

Overall it was a solid week, and based on my work sets from the past 4 weeks I'll be increasing my Squat, Bench, and Deadlift training maxes, and reducing my OHP training max (taking a step back to reduce the intensity/rep numbers).

Tomorrow I'm Deadlifting at elitefts with Mario D'Amico and I'll complete a full log post on that session after that!

Top Work Sets:

DEADLIFT: 550x4 (rep PR)

BENCH PRESS: 305x6 (rep PR)

SQUAT: 420x5 (rep PR) & 440x1

OVERHEAD PRESS: 200x2

Competitively - My last competition was the UPA Summer Showdown August 6th - And my gameplan is compete in another raw meet this winter; and continue to build towards qualifying for a larger raw meet for next year. I've been competing for about 6 years and spent the last 3 competing in multi-ply gear.

I'm currently the Fitness Director at Ohio University as well as Event Coordinator for EliteFTS. I'm also involved in coaching and public speaking on topics relating to powerlifting, coaching, education, student development, and mental health.
