Elitefts Coach Eric Maroscher‎ has one of his female lifters nominated at Powerlifting Watch for Female Powerlifter of the Year.

Crystal Tate

I love the last name by the way....

Seriously, check this out.

There is no requirement to add an account to vote, you just click the button my her name and vote.

Crystal this year set...

The All Time records for squat 573LBS RAW w/wraps... and

Deadlift 573LBS RAW... and

Total in the women's 198LB division.

She is go to try to break the All Time squat record at the Arnold's (the record is 653) with a 655LB squat.

This will only take 15 seconds to vote, and your vote would be appreciated.  She is only behind by about 30 votes and voting for her is voting for one of our coaches and voting for elitefts.

Let's do this.

Here is a video of her TRAINING squat from this past weekend. Her strength is unreal.

SOME THINGS YOU MAY NOT KNOW ABOUT CRYSTAL

Crystal's hero is her mom. This is a cut/paste from her FB page....

"January was a rough month. Radiation every day Mon-Fri at a different time. Well now it's time for a small rest. Next month they tell us if more treatments are needed or not. My mother is a strong woman!!!"......

Crystal is as sweet as she is strong. She has a 9-5 job like everyone (she works at a Casino) and drives over an hour to train at the MGG for her big lifts.

She ALWAYS wears a bow in her hair and she loves to color it red and loves wearing the color purple.

She very, VERY soft spoken. She almost whispers when she talks.

She love the Packers, loves to bake, loves to eat and is loyal.

She has a business degree from University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee

ONE LAST THING,

To let you all know just how much your voice and vote matters to us. If she wins I will personally reach out to her to see if she would like to keep a log on elitefts for you all to follow.

DISCLOSURE:  Elitefts.com Inc nor David Tate has no affiliation with Crystal Tate outside of her being an catheter of one of our coaches. We have no association with Powerlifting Watch and have nothing to gain by campaigning for her vote.  I'm actually giving a book away for free so I'm losing - no, let me rephrase that - I'm investing in lobbing for someone I believe is a very good person to represent the sport of Powerlifting. YES, there are many other I feel this was about as well but they are not in a tight race for lifter of the year right now and she is.  I have been following her lifting for the past year and it's has been impressive and inspiring. I would NOT be campaigning or writing this if I didn't feel she was worthy of winning and many feel the same as I do since the vote is so close.

p.s. - Please forgive any typos and errors. I am rushing to get this out because today is the last day to vote.
