We talk nutrition with IFBB pro bodybuilders Mark Dugdale and Zack Khan. We talk about how they set up their off-season eating plan, food selection, and supplement use. They also detail the basic changes they make from off-season to a pre-contest dieting phase. Zack talks about the importance of an occasional "earned meal" (not a cheat meal) as it normalizes things and allows him to have a social experience with family and friends that he has done without.
