After coming off my best meet performance of my career, I am now officially a beat up powerlifter. I'm having some minor low back issues that I'm working on mending up, and then I'll begin to find a competitive option. My goals for 2017 are to compete in a bodybuilding show and also get back to the platform 100% healthy.

Well week 12 ended up being a rather interesting week of training. Things looked to be going rather good until Wednesday when it seems I had a very minor pec strain/tweak. Still no clue how it managed to happen on rear delt work, but it is what it is. I managed to get through the week good, and think I'm going to be alright to be in the shirt on Sunday, but really it's just going to have to happen by feel when I get under the bar. Otherwise, the training is going great. I'm finally going to be able to squat squatting and deadlifting again this weekend, so to say I'm excited is an understatement. Starting off really slow, and I'll detail all that in the coming logs.
