Chris Slone

Chris Slone has a diverse background in strength and conditioning. He has over 15 years under-the-bar experience and over 10 years coaching experience. Slone has also worked as an exercise physiologist at St. Joseph-Mount Sterling Hospital in Mount Sterling, Kentucky. Prior to that, he worked with numerous Division I athletic programs in strength and conditioning. Slone is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
