The Box Squat Pad with Head Sleeve-2.5” is a thinner and firmer pad—a new favorite at the S5 Compound. These thin pads make it easy to make smaller incremental jumps in box height without having to use a bunch of MacGyver-like height adjustments. 

The Box Squat Pad with Head Sleeve-2.5” is a 2.5-inch thick pad built to the same dimensions as our best-selling box squat box. Just lay it on top of your existing box. 

Firmness-wise, it’s a very firm pad—softer than the rubber top of a box squat box, but a lot firmer than a box squat pad.
