Still no freaking electricity and under curfew to not be around others (yeah...this video is already nearly 2 weeks old) I went into the gym with the plan to really back off. That just almost never happens.

Next thing you know I've added a crap ton of bands to the bar, I'm covered in Canvas and nose torque, and I went way farther than I should have gone.

But it was grand...or what I remember of it was grand! I might have went even crazier last week!
