-SSB close stance raw.  Keeping it light still and working the breathing during the reps.  8 setsx5 reps

-Dead stop double KB swings.  Purpose here was to work on the reaching back under me to grab them and still stay in position to pull. Did several sets then moved to the belt squat  with the Kb dead stop pull.  Did many sets of 5 with this. Goal here was to not shift forward on these and work on position and push off at the bottom.  For several years now, I have had issues with pitch forward instead of staying over the over and keeping my leverage optimal.
