Pit Shark Belt squat medium stance,short strong band-7 plates for 5x5, last set dropped a plate and added 2 reps per set so 7,9,11,13,15,17

Partial close stance squat swings 88lbx10x3sets

Pitshark belt one legs, no weight-just short strong band. Put opposing leg up on weight stack. Paused at bottom. 5x5 per leg

This sorta drained me and I called it there. Not as awful as I first imagined but still alittle difficult.
