So this was Day 2 of having to get government permission to leave your home. To say that my mind was elsewhere and that I was nervous was a huge understatement. It was said that you had 3 hours or less to get permission and get back home, punishible by a pretty big fine and being arrested. So I got it, did the minimum, and went home as quickly as possible.
With as much gear on as I could get! My left knee was swollen and red the entire day but after this session it felt tons better!
