I've been on a roll lately. Make no mistake about it, I dislike eating and I have ever since developing Ulcerative Colitis. Every meal means I will most likely have severe nausea within a few bites and there is a good chance that most foods will fly out of my body on the back side but I've started some new therapies in the last month and it has been paying off. Within a few minutes of taking my new therapy I will get and stay hungry...or I should say that my nausea and lack of appetite goes away and leaves me feeling "normal".
Other than the occasional Monster Energy Drink, small bag of pretzels, doughnut, and nacho cheese dip mixed with salsa...my food choices have revolved around:
Meatloaf
Chicken
Ground Pork
Protein Shakes
Buckwheat
Rice
Bananas
Cheerios for breakfast
Sweet Potatoes
Avocados
Carb Electrolyte drinks during training
And I've been packing on the pounds like crazy! Give me the opportunity and just watch what I can do!
Just wanted to throw it out there.
