strive incline press 10s up to 4 plates, 5sx 4.5 plates, 5 platesx1

dropped down to 2 plates and did some reps

reverse hypers 4x10

rack pulls just below knees with hooker straps 3s up to 585, 675x2.725x1(less pain this week and better pulls, working th hook makes you pull slower and to hold the grip in place as least for me

Tsunami bar press 10x20x2 rounds

neutral grip push ups with dips

20 on the push ups and started with 10 dips. Faded with each set till I could only get 2 dips, about 7 sets total

Push downs with mag bar and hammer curls 6x10 each
