Reverse Hyper 4x12

Had not squatted in quite awhile so jumped in with the dudes on double blues on both sides band day, raw off a box with the  giant buffalo bar. Work sets x3 up to  300, 330x2, 390x1. Speed was good but decent is alittle off and felt what I call a sprinkle of hamstring irritear(yes that is made up) so I quit there at 390x1

Leg press light close stance 10x20 reps, 30 sec to 45 sec rest per set

Reverse hyper to finish 1x25

No more trips for a bit so shoudl be able to get back to some decent training. Still gonna continue with the volume during the week.
