A few weeks ago someone mentioned to me that I post A LOT of what I do in the gym but do I do anything on my off days?

My answer was "It depends". It depends on what is hurting, how I am feeling, what my family has planned, and what I'm training the next day. Rest days are about rest and getting ready for the next training session.

So what does a broken down lifter do after a Strongman Sunday? This is my Monday from beginning to end in 7 minutes.
