I had to skip training Sunday because...well...I was beyond exhausted. I woke up, ate, and went back to bed till 8 at night. On Monday, I did the same thing except I woke up at 7 in the evening.

I hurt everywhere. Not muscle pain, just normal joint pain, pain in places I just can't find.

I have a few spots in my neck and upper back that I can't exactly point out where it hurts so I asked my extremely pregnant wife to walk on my back. That created a lot of laughs and several possible farts from people not to be named. After she stepped (hopped, fell, whatever...) off my son decided to help.

Of course, it takes a 7 year old and a dog to make it work...but I did feel better after it was all over.
