I’ve been working with Zoe for over three and a half years. Zoe is currently working as a Chief Scientist at CLASS Exolith Lab. From their website: “The Center for Lunar and Asteroid Surface Science (CLASS) is at the intersection of NASA science and exploration for rocky, atmosphereless bodies. Science facilitates NASA’s exploration by reducing risk and cost; exploration facilitates science with new data, objectives, and insights.” So, as you can see, Zoe is very intelligent.
Being a Scientist, Zoe follows science, and realized training at home during a pandemic was a wise decision. So, for the last 31 weeks (I honestly can’t believe it’s been that long), I’ve been programming Zoe’s training online. She was able to secure some equipment from local suppliers before there seemed to be a worldwide shortage. We modified her training since her equipment is somewhat limited to the following rotation for the main movements:
Squat:
Week 1- Full Squats - High Rep Day
Week 2- Full squats- Low Rep Day
Week 3- High Box Squats (off a bench) High Rep Day
Week 4- High Box Squats- Low Rep Day
Bench:
Week 1- Bench Blok 2- High Rep Day
Week 2- Bench Blok 2- Low Rep Day
Week 2- Bench Blok 1
Week 3- Full Range Bench
Deadlift:
Week 1- Deadlifts off 2” Mats- High Rep Day
Week 2- Deadlifts off 2” Mats- Low Rep Day
Week 2- Deadlifts off floor- High Rep Day
Week 3- Deadlifts off floor- Low Rep Day
