DETERMINED to put my Weight Releasers to good use before they break into pieces from excessive rust...
Tons of trial and error when it came to the squats. I eventually dropped 516 then could not get my body to "settle" with 616 + releasers.
And of course on to bench press...life got REALLY exciting FAST when I missed a rep and smacked the releasers on the way up!
