I woke up Sunday morning and I was the only one in the house...just me and Chino anyway. This means that I get my mornings just like I like them. My wife and son were up in the mountains with family and I had a calm, quiet, getting ready kind of morning (well, I didn't get out of bed till after noon, so...)

I had everything packed (even my wife's and son's stuff) and was at the gym 1 hour early! I figured I could get there, get things set up, stretch, drink my pre workout drinks, and possibly get started early as well while waiting on my wife and son to come down from the mountain.

Right?

Wrong! I parked at the gym and two men from up the street came running over to talk to me. Sunday was the day of remembrance of their mother's passing and she was one of my neighbors and they wanted to invite me to come up and eat with them to celebrate. So..I put my things in the gym and headed up the road. I actually had a lot of fun! There were 10 brothers and sisters and they had been told that a real life Hercules trained there on Sundays and they wanted to meet me. I downed a few glasses of water, some home made sweets, talked and told jokes for about an hour and then headed off to train as the rain was blowing in and they had to go out to their potato farms as well. Hope to see them again soon.

Still not deep enough BUT BETTER! I still think that my suit is screwing me up because it is huge on me and the only tightness that I get is between my crotch and the straps...and in the bottom it wants to sling shot me like I'm straddling a rubber ball.

warm up only, hands and elbows hurt doing this A LOT

Front Squat
finished with 182.5 KG x 6 reps, PR
I knew that my number for the day was 182.5 x 5 BUT as I completed the 4th rep I couldn't remember if I had done 5 before and was supposed to go 185 today or if 5 was the number that I needed for a PR...so I went for 1 more rep to get that PR!

Finished off with some lats and abs...then home for tons of work!

My wife also did awesome with a deadlift PR and my son had fun too!
