Soup nazi squats because I have the mustache, the anger, and the Fatbell looks like a cup of soup. But in actuality, another imagination of the goblet zqu5at that can be implemented as an accessory, supplemental movement, or even a strength builder! By creating the demand through one leg, and by holding the implement at chest level, you create another situation where you MUST remain upright and you must load the foot evenly, otherwise you will either dump the impliment or lose position. . . Work to build stabilization is work to GET YOU STRONGER. You can be as fast as lighting and as powerful as a train, but if you can't stand up straight or feel the muscle contract and stretch in unison, you're flooring the pedal while standing on a sheet of ice. Demand stability, and result in strength. Goblet all the things! . . . @scottmiller5 @kabuki_virtualcoaching @kabukistrengthlab @elitefts @brandon_senn @team_sibya @baconandbarbells.co @leviathannutrition @positionusa #TeamEliteFTS #STRONGTHESULLIVANWAY #kabukistrength #TeamKS #KSVirtualCoaching
