Arm Training i hate! But here it was short simple and sweet!

Giant sets:  4x through 90 sec rest between each set

Standing DB curls with 3 sec eccentrics and 3 sec concentrics x 10

DB hammer Curls to forehead x 10

Cable curls in the shoulder extension: x 10

 

Triceps: 4x through 90 sec rest between each set

Tricep pushdowns usning two ropes x 20

Overhead tripe extensions using two ropes x 20

Band over eccentrics x 20
