You can never have too much hamstrings but I've found that I'm never sure what exercise to do next for hamstrings, which exercise will work, and I've done hamstring training so many years I sometimes seem to have run out of options. Or maybe I'm just bored!

When I was younger I'd just load up the barbell and do heavy heavy HEAVY Stiff Legged Deadlifts but I'm not younger anymore and my back is only going to take so many SLDL sessions per month before it holds me back on all of my other important lifts.

The Bench Hamstring Curl is one I haven't done in over 15 years (when I broke my other bench doing them) but now that I have a newer better bench to work with...I'm back at them.

Find a foot position that works for you, "short or long", and give these a good try!
