If you take the time to watch a training video of anyone, not just mine, stop watching for the WOW factor and sit and study it. Try to figure out the WHY and the HOW as well as the madness and the methods behind it!

Why is he set up like that? Doesn't it hurt his back?

How is he so stable?

What is the benefit of all the reverse bands, shirt, and why is he using a 3 board and not a 2 board or touching?

All of this if freaking important for me to answer to myself and it is the kind of questions that YOU should be answering about YOUR programming when you plan it out!
