While I was in The USA I trained with a highly motivated group of people. They trained at least 6 days per week. Showed up early, stayed late, did extra work, listened and did whatever I told them to do. What blew my mind is that they had made so much progress in the gym through effort but had not learned HOW to program themselves.

Now you may be thinking that if they can do all of that then they must be doing pretty good and don't really need to know much more, and for today you would be correct. But once things stop working for them, they will need a pattern to follow to ensure success. A pattern of things that will not only ensure progress but will minimize injuries and regression.

Here is the basic outline of what I sent them and maybe it can help you also.
