We’ve had Meana incorporating speed pulls after heavy squats, but it was causing too much stress on her back so we’ve backed off to just incorporating the speed pulls once every other week. We’ve also incorporated more GHRs and Reverse Hypers to help increase her hamstring and low back strength.
She benches twice a week, one heavy day and one moderately heavy for reps.
Unlike many people I’ve programmed for, Meana can handle the designated percentages and more so we’ve had her continue to increase her working sets until she gets to a point of fatigue within the designated number of reps for that day.
Here’s some of her recent training:
Squats up to 275+120 lbs of chains x 4
“Light” Bench reps up to 190 x 8.
Deadlifts up to 415 x 4 with reverse light bands:
Meana is a machine. I can’t wait to see how strong she can become.
