Meana competed at The Hybrid Showdown II last Sunday in Miami. The only issues she had during this training cycle was some knee discomfort from switching to pulling sumo, which was corrected by switching back to conventional.

At the Hybrid meet she squatted 386, benched a PR 248 and deadlifted a PR 397 @ 132. This isn’t Meana’s first rodeo. The longer we compete, the more difficult it is to improve, especially while staying in the same weight class. Achieving 2 PRs in a big meet is a huge accomplishment. Congratulations again Meana!
