A huge congrats to my clients and friends, 73 year old Judy and Davey Reed for having a great day at WPC Worlds in Chicago this past Tuesday! Judy benched a World Record 58 kgs/127.8 lbs @ 148 winning her class and Best Lifter and deadlifted a World Record 110 kgs/242.5 lbs! Then Davey deadlifted his own World Record of 175 kgs/385 lbs as a very light 242 to win his class!
Thank you to Eric and Jackie Stone of 2XL Powerlifting for hosting the meet as well as all of the judges, spotters, loaders and everyone involved. I know all too well how difficult it is to run meets.
