A few weeks ago I noticed that I'd done all of my snatch and clean work without moving the camera so I thought that I'd try something new other than my standard slow motion video studying. See, normally I break down my own lifts in slow motion to see where I'm making mistakes and what I can do to fix them mentally, physically, and technically. This time I also overlayed 5 reps of each on top of each other and I must say that I was greatly surprised.

Not only are all 5 reps of each almost identical but my flaws are almost identical as well. I may suck, but I suck consistently!
