So...I spent all day Wednesday driving (seriously more than 12 hours) and then got a wild hair to train the next day. Recipe for disaster.
Deadlifts
warm ups felt off
605 x 1 x 3 sets, no rest
695 x 0, left hamstring tear
Hobbled around and said bad things under my breath for 10 minutes
Machine Rows
5 sets of 15 reps
Bench Press
225 x 3 x 3
275 x 2 x 2
315 x 2
Incline Tate Presses
2 sets of 15
Flat Tate Presses
2 sets of 10
Lat Pull Downs
5 sets of 8-12 reps
Tried abs but couldn't straighten my left leg, or bend it, or breathe without pain.
Therapy immediately when I got home!
