Being honest, I shot this video at the very last minute as I was walking out of the door of my gym, no microphone, cheap camera without corrections, hoping to get my points across to my client. I came home and uploaded it to YouTube and forgot to hit UNLISTED when I hit publish.

Little did I know that this unedited, unscripted, cheap video would get so many views.
