Relentless Detroit proved to be a decent meet, but in all reality, it was a tune-up meet for Relentless Minnesota. I just spent the last 7-8 weeks really pushing some of my raw work on all 3 lifts. Strategically working on some weak points, both muscularly and technically. Getting back in my gear mid-January and will be placing that in according to the calendar to have enough skill work in the gear before the meet. My plan is to compete at Relentless Minnesota March 28th in the 123# weight class. Questions about my training, diet, coaching, clients, etc... I will always answer! Send me a question HERE!

Just wrapped up my first full month of off season dieting. Pics still looked good, we upped the protein just a bit and the carbs another 25g.  Sitting at 250g for this week, 170g protein and up over 2000 calories.

All in all, very please. Weight is still holding steady between 128 and 131, usually right around 129.5. The lightest I was last week was 127.5 on Friday morning. And usually the heaviest around 130.5 the few days after my cheat meal (Sundays).

The changes are small, but that's ok. More food, weight steady, strength is awesome. Will prepare me for my meet (and any weight cutting) very well. And subsequent dieting after that.
